Parking Area
The building has two basements where the parking spaces and the store rooms are located.
The following systems will be installed in the basements: Centralised lighting controls, a public address system/emergency announcement in case of fi re, a fi re detection system, an access control system, a CCTV- close circuit television, an intruder alarm system, and a video interphone system.
